An order status shows what is happening to the order now. Check the actual result against the selected service terms and the relevant Telegram figures.

| Order accepted | The order exists and is waiting to start | Wait for it to start; do not place a duplicate |
| In progress | Delivery has started and may grow gradually | Check the target and the selected delivery period |
| Completed | Delivery has finished according to the order record | Compare the final result with the ordered quantity |
| Cancelled, funds released | Delivery did not start and reserved balance is available again | Check your balance and contact support if needed |
| Cancelled, payment refunded | Cancellation and refund are recorded | Check your balance or original payment method |
| Partially completed, remainder refunded | Part of the order was delivered and the undelivered remainder was refunded | Check both the delivered amount and refund |
For views and reactions, check the covered posts. For subscribers, check member count and the selected term. For boosts, check quantity and duration. For bot activity, check confirmed starts. For mentions, use the placement list in the order details.
If the result does not match after the selected period, send support the order number, target, selected settings and dated screenshots. Never send a Telegram password, login code, session file or payment secret.
